Giorgia Maiorana

Giorgia holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management), and Diploma of Languages (Italian), as well as a Master of Applied Law (Family Law).

Prior to commencing at Sage, Giorgia worked as Deputy Associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. This experience provided her with a detailed, practical understanding of court processes and the complexities of family law. It also informs her approach to negotiation and, where necessary, litigation, enabling her to effectively advocate for clients navigating challenging circumstances.
