Clare McIntosh

Clare spent two years as a Judge’s Associate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia across Victoria and South Australia. This experience provided her with a unique understanding of court processes and judicial decision-making, which continues to inform her approach to resolving disputes.

Since commencing practice, Clare has worked exclusively in family law, assisting clients with parenting, property and financial matters. She understands that family law disputes can be challenging and emotional and works closely with her clients to provide practical solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.
