Harriet Geddes

Harriet graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Monash University in 2017 and was admitted in the same year.

Harriet has experience in complex property matters including the involvement and alteration of third party rights and foreign jurisdictions. She has also dealt with difficult parenting matters including relocation (domestic and international) and matters involving independent children’s lawyers.

Harriet has a detailed understanding of the court system and the process of litigation. She is described as pragmatic and resolution focused but also persistent and tenacious.

Her strong attention to detail, realistic advice and awareness of the sensitivities that family law raises has been appreciated by her clients.

Harriet is a member of the Law Institute Victoria (LIV), Junior LIV and volunteers at the St Kilda Legal Service. Harriet was named as a finalist in Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 2020 Awards.
