Paul is our most experienced Principal, having worked across all aspects of family law since 1993.

His expertise lies in resolving matters through mediation and negotiation as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. However, should the need arise, he tenaciously pursues litigation to reach the right outcome for his clients.

Paul holds Law and Arts degrees from Monash University. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of Australia. He is an accredited Family Law Specialist and a qualified family law arbitrator.

Paul also speaks French, and should you require, has extensive experience dealing with international cases involving France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and the USA.
