Kyle Tate

With 3 years’ experience in the legal profession, Kyle worked as a legal assistant before he became a legal associate to the Honourable Justice J.D. Wilson KC of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1).

In his time at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Kyle sat with his Honour on a number of complex parenting and property matters, gaining valuable experience in a wide range of matters.
