This experience in facilitating mediations has fostered a very pragmatic approach to curating bespoke solutions for family conflict. Elisa understands how different each family situation can be. She is particularly sensitive to circumstances where children are vulnerable such as mental health, alcohol and drugs, family violence and complex parenting arrangements.

Her unique skill set means she is well qualified to help clients settle out of court. But she will always push for litigation if it’s in your best interests; and she proves tough in court. Elisa’s quick wit and generous sense of humour make her a valuable ally as she guides you through the complex web of family law.

She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of Australia, and works to support Collingwood Children’s Farm, as a board member.
